Project Scope:

The project repurposes idle workshops with partial modifications and new installations, minimizing land expansion.

  • Phase I:

    • Annual 12,000-ton pharmaceutical intermediates production.

    • Upgrade of β-naphthol wastewater treatment facilities.

  • Phase II:

    • 6,000 t/a Tobias acid

    • 3,000 t/a J-acid

    • 2,000 t/a sulfonated Tobias acid

    • 1,000 t/a N-ethyl-N-(3-sulfophenyl) benzylamine

    • 2,000 t/a N,N-dimethylaniline leuco base (locally called "Beisi")

    • Annual 3,000-ton alkyl aniline derivatives:

    • Supporting intermediates:

    • Blue-series product upgrade: 600 t/a No. 9 Blue pigment.
